Podstawowy Zabieg Podologiczny jest to pedicure klasyczny połączony z usuwaniem zrogowaceń na stronie podeszwowej stopy powstałych np. na skutek deformacji kostnych. Zabieg poprzedzony jest konsultacja podologiczną w czasie, której diagnozujemy problem, z jakim się Państwo zgłaszają. Dodatkowo zbieramy wywiad odnośnie stanu zdrowia oraz pacjent otrzymuje od nas informacje odnośnie pielęgnacji domowej. Sam zabieg polega na skróceniu i oszlifowaniu płytki paznokciowej, usunięciu nagniotków, modzeli. Na koniec zabiegu nakładane są odpowiednie preparaty pielęgnacyjne, opatrunki/ odciążenia w zależności od problemu.
Regularne wykonywanie tego zabiegu działa profilaktycznie oraz pozwala zmniejszyć nadmiernie zrogowaciały naskórek jak również zmniejsza ryzyko powstawania pęknięć na piętach czy problemu związanego z wrastaniem paznokci.
